PT TMMIN or Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia is one of Toyota's subsidiaries located in North Jakarta. Spasial is working with PT. TMMIN to develop a web-based and mobile platform for the toyota employee cooperative (Kopkar Toyota). Make it easy for members, stakeholders and cooperative employees to operate cooperative activities online.
Kopkar development starts from 2022 to 2024 which has entered phase 2 development, which focuses on ERP to manage goods procurement activities between stakeholders and vendors.
Problem
Stakeholders submit for the procurement of goods and the admin will process the legality and payment term. It will be forwarded to the vendor partner of PT TMMIN. And the Vendor will deliver the requested goods. It will be troublesome when there is a change in demand for goods.
Goals
Facilitate users to make requests and process submission of goods until payment is completed.
Process
1. Stakeholder makes a request
2. Admin receives a request, creates a quotation
3. Stakeholder receives document from admin and fills in quotation number.
4. Admin selects vendor partner and sends spk number.
5. Vendor receives request and spk number.
6. Vendor inputs DN number and delivery of goods.
7. Stakeholders and admin receive delivery status.
Result
After +1 Month of iteration of present the protoype with PT. TMMIN, we finnaly got approval of design, and we bring the design to programer team.
