By approaching users over the age of 30, the goal was to create a more intuitive interface for drivers and management.

Driver attendance is a platform developed to optimize the work and administration of drivers at PT TMMIN so that drivers can be expected to provide better work performance and management can provide more organized administrative data.
Problem
Admin cannot set schedules and monitor driver schedules, and cannot manage and view data on drivers who are currently applying for overtime.
Goals
Providing a platform that makes it easy for admins to monitor and collect driver attendance data from leave to out-of-town work applications that come from driver submissions themselves.
Process
With little time and information provided : the drivers are employees who are over 30 years old. So that focuses on a more inclusive design.
With the goals expected by stakeholders and the problems faced this time, the design process focuses on a simpler output flow and also an easy-to-read display. This design process is assisted by the design sprint method.
Result
After this design work, stakeholders have approved the design proposal and are currently continuing in the development process by the programing team.
